1. What are microgreens?

Microgreens are young, nutrient-rich seedlings harvested 7–10 days after germination. They are packed with flavour, vitamins, and antioxidants.

2. Are microgreens the same as sprouts?

No. Sprouts grow in water and are eaten with roots. Microgreens grow in soil/cocopeat/peatmoss and are harvested above the soil, making them safer and more flavourful.

3. Are your microgreens organic?

We use non-GMO seeds, clean growing methods, and no chemicals—only water, light, and natural mediums. Pls refer to the lab result in the website. We are in the process of obtaining our myGAP PF certification.

4. How long do microgreens last?

Stored properly in the fridge, they last 5–7 days. Keep them dry and sealed for best freshness.

5. How do I eat microgreens?

Add them to sandwiches, wraps, noodles, rice dishes, salads, eggs, smoothies, or garnish any meal. Some (like wheatgrass) are juiced.

6. Do microgreens taste strong?

Each variety has its own natural flavour — some peppery (mustard, rambo radish), some mild (sunflower, pea shoots), some earthy (red beets, golden beets), some aromatic (chive, cilantro, dill).

7. Are microgreens really healthy?

Yes. Microgreens contain up to 4–40 times more nutrients than mature vegetables and are rich in vitamins A, C, K, iron, and antioxidants.

8. Can children and seniors eat microgreens?

Yes. They are soft, easy to chew, and add extra nutrients to daily meals.

9. How are Sun Moon Greens microgreens grown?

They are hand-grown and hand-harvested using non-GMO seeds, clean water, and natural mediums. No pesticides, no chemicals and no fertilizer.

10. Do you supply to restaurants, gyms, cafés, and events?

Yes, we offer fresh weekly supply, bulk orders, and customised microgreens.

11. Can I grow microgreens at home?

Yes, but it requires light, ventilation, and hygiene. Many customers prefer buying from us because our microgreens are consistent, safe, and ready to eat.

12. How do I store microgreens after opening the pack?

Keep them in an airtight container, avoid moisture, and refrigerate immediately.
